The ancient science of living is called Yoga. Always Yoga has its unique value towards health and to keep mind peace. Yoga has an answer to most of the chronicle diseases and health problems, what we face now a days. Our modern life has become more busy, with so much of stress and strain, which is uncontrolled and leading towards many dangerous health condition and rare ailments.

Yoga is not just twist, turn, stretch and breath in the most critical practices what people are practicing instead of that the word Yoga is derived from Sanskrit word yuj, means union of the individual consciousness or soul with the Universal Consciousness or Spirit. The ancient Indian science of yoga tells about “the Way of Life”. It includes Gyan Yoga or philosophy, Bhakti Yoga or path of devotional bliss, Karma Yoga or path of blissful action, and Raja Yoga or path of mind control. Raja Yoga is further divided into eight parts. At the heart of the Raja Yoga system, balancing and unifying these various approaches, is the practice of Yoga Asana.
